COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course provides students with knowledge and a general understanding of business management, including the theoretical foundations of management, its historical development, practical methods and their application in a business environment. At the end of the ourse, the student will be able to apply creative thinking in solving various management issues and decision-making.

7. Modern management theories — Systemic approach, Quantitative approach, Total quality management, Learning organization approach. Organizing process in management.
