Name of the Project: Ko[Gloss]
The project devises testing and documenting the method of learning language for specific purposes. Students from higher educational institutions and professional development courses are given the opportunity to analyse authentic texts and structure the results in line with their needs through professional language software. E-learning environment Moodle is used in the project, accordingly adapting its glossary module in order to structure, evaluate and further use the results of the analysis in language learning. The web-related glossaries shall also be used in the training and continuing training of translators, mainly in translations with the source language German and the target languages Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian. Students learn to use the method for rapid and targeted learning of the foreign language in which they are translating. The method puts into practice the didactical concept of interactive teaching with the goal of learning through teaching.
