About BIP
The Technology Startup Course is an intensive Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) designed to equip students with practical skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology-based business development. The programme provides a hands-on startup experience, guiding participants through the ideation, validation, and launch phases of a digital startup. The goal is to help teams build real solutions and secure their first paying customers.
Through a combination of virtual training sessions and an on-site bootcamp in Ventspils, students will work in teams to develop their startup ideas, validate product-market fit, and pitch their projects to mentors and investors. The programme fosters international collaboration, critical thinking, and practical execution skills, preparing participants for real-world entrepreneurial challenges.

This is an intensive 4-week sprint. The first 3 weeks are remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while pushing your startup forward. The final week is an in-person Bootcamp, designed for extreme hustling and rapid iteration.

- Participants: Bachelor and Master’s students preferably from IT and Technology studies interested in technology, entrepreneurship, and business innovation. Business related students will also be reviewed.
- Staff Mobility: Staff can participate within Erasmus+ programme for experience.
