Digital Culture and Text Creation in English
As digital technologies and artificial intelligence continue to transform communication, professional English, digital discourse analysis, and an understanding of cultural and media processes have become essential skills. In the study programme “Digital Culture and Text Creation in English”, you will learn to create, edit and analyse English-language texts for digital platforms, as well as to use language technologies, AI and digital tools in text creation, research and data processing. You will develop these skills by integrating theory and practice, including work in international teams.
Briefly about the program
DEGREE OBTAINED: Master’s degree in Digital Culture and Text Creation in English
DURATION OF STUDIES: 2 years
STUDY FORM – Full-time on-site studies
LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION – English
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS – First-cycle higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent higher education, and English language proficiency of at least B2 level.
Without additional requirements – a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology or in English Language, Literature and Culture Studies.
For applicants with a degree in another field of study, one of the following additional requirements must be met:
- successful completion of the entrance examination; or
- at least two years of professional experience in the field of text creation, digital content, English language or philology; or
- previously completed study courses in English language, literature, linguistics or text creation amounting to at least 12 credit points.
If the applicant does not have documentary proof of English language proficiency, the level of English will be assessed during the entrance examination.

Job opportunities
Graduates will be able to create, edit, analyse and adapt English-language texts and multimodal digital content for various platforms, audiences and communication contexts; to work with language data and digital tools, as well as participate in the planning and implementation of cultural, media and text creation projects. The programme also provides a foundation for further doctoral studies and research in the fields of English studies, linguistics and digital humanities.

Type and form of study implementation
The studies are delivered on site, with the possibility of using a hybrid format – on site and remotely – when necessary. A digital learning environment is also used to provide study materials and support resources. Over the course of two years, students acquire advanced theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills, which are strengthened through work on real projects and tasks closely related to professional practice
