COURSE DESCRIPTION

As part of the study course, the student is introduced to the nature of civil protection and the set of measures that include it, the duties and responsibilities of the parties responsible for their implementation, and is also instructed in a real action plan in case of various disasters and gains an understanding of the importance of sustainable development in economic growth and the integration of society and environmental management in ensuring sustainable development, learns the principles of evaluating and solving various issues related to environmental protection, knows local resources and is able to apply this knowledge in performing risk analysis and implementing preventive measures. At the end of the course, the student knows the theoretical aspects and knows how to independently apply this knowledge in a practical environment in matters of environmental protection and sustainable development of society.
