IT project management

COURSE DESCRIPTION

IT project management is taught by combining internationally recognized theories and sharing 20 years of practical experience in IT project management. The course is divided into the theory and practical part. Students are divided into teams and develop project deliverables that are presented. The course has a mid-term test and a final exam, the final grade consists of several criteria such as attendance, self-standing work, teamwork in practical exercise and a mark in the test and exam.
