COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course is designed to further broaden the student's horizons in terms of intercultural communication, i.e. to get acquainted with the peculiarities of communication in Spanish-speaking countries, mainly Spain, and to learn the language tools necessary for communicative situations such as travels, everyday interactions, social relations, etc.

1. Gerundive and past participle forms
2. Present continuous constructions
3. Rendering of Spanish names to Latvian
4. The Pretérito perfecto compuesto tense
5. Irregular past participles
6. Past participles as adjectives
7. Reflexive pronouns
8. Interrogative adverbs
