COURSE DESCRIPTION

The study course is intended to provide students with basic knowledge in the international business environment in order to make international transactions. It gives an insight into the main legal families in the world, deals with natural and legal persons, the regulatory framework required for the conclusion of international transactions, the specifics of international finance and taxation, as well as the arrangements for the settlement of international disputes.
