COURSE DESCRIPTION

This study course is designed to enable students to identify models of political and cultural diplomacy, to develop an informed perspective on political and cultural events globally and in Latvia, and to connect ideas and diplomatic concepts with the environment in which decision-making occurs—at both the micro and macro levels—using appropriate English-language terminology.
