COURSE DESCRIPTION

In the course, the student learns the theoretical foundations of project management, including the types and classification of projects, their management institutions, the objectives of project organization, current project issues, management processes and their phases. At the end of the course, the student will be able to individually develop a project application and plan its budget, be familiar with basic project management processes and be able to manage a small-scale project.
