Because of this, PhD graduates in business, economics, and social sciences are becoming more and more valued in the workplace. Congratulations to Artūrs for his dedication and the insightful research. Artūrs' ability to do original research—that is, to recognize, explore, and resolve a relevant issue—and produce findings that are crucial to the relevant scientific subfield is attested to by his PhD.
I hope that Artūrs will pursue new research opportunities and use his accomplishments to advance the country's economy and Ventspils University of Applied Sciences' reputation as a VUAS graduate.
