About CoLab

Ventspils University of Applied Sciences has become part of the COLOURS consortium, which has been granted the status of a European University. This collaboration opens new opportunities for the development of our university, promoting international mobility, research, and innovation.

As part of the COLOURS universities alliance, a forum (CoLab) titled "Higher Education and Workforce in the Region" will be held in Ventspils on November 28th, bringing together academic staff, students, entrepreneurs, society, and policymakers to jointly address the region's development challenges.

This event, which we can refer to as a "Quadruple Helix Dialogue," will explore how higher education can better align with the needs of the regional labor market and foster regional development.
