COURSE DESCRIPTION

As a part of the study course, the student learns the basic processes and theoretical foundations of decision making and simulation of business processes in entrepreneurship, gains an understanding of the processes taking place in the company and their impact on the company’s business operations. At the end of the study course, the student can talk about the basic business processes in entrepreneurship and the decisions made in companies, as well as able to independently obtain, select, process, evaluate and analyze the information and make considered decisions based on facts and analysis.
