The study course is intended for students to get to know the manifestations of different psychological types and to discover their own psychological type. As part of the study course, students will have the opportunity to find out what their psychological type's strengths and risk areas are, as well as the opportunity to learn how to build successful relationships with representatives of different psychological types, using personal strengths, in the daily work environment and how to successfully adapt to the employer's image and represent it effectively according to company`s psychological type. Also, within the study course, students will have the opportunity to create a personal growth plan.
