COURSE DESCRIPTION

The study course is designed to equip students with psychosocial skills and knowledge to foster interpersonal and intercultural dialogue through organizing a proactive organizational climate and identifying psychological aspects of communicative problems and offering solutions to those problems.

4. Psychology of creativity, and the link between creativity and work duties
5. Stress and defense mechanisms at a workplace
