The Aim of the Project: to promote cooperation in basic and applied research in information and communication technologies, as well as signal processing, concentrating, integrating and effectively using scientific infrastructure and intellectual potential to ensure the EU center of excellence standard and increase the joint competitiveness of ICSP and Latvian science in the European Research Area.

Main activities: development of scientific apparatus and equipment, including technologies, as well as reconstruction or renovation of buildings and premises, which creates an opportunity to increase competence, quality of scientific results, international recognition, experience and intellectual potential in the field of information, communication and signal processing at Ventspils University Institute of Engineering “Ventspils International Radio Astronomy Center”, University of Latvia, Riga Technical University, Institute of Electronics and Computer Science and the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Latvia.

State budget financing: 259 071.63 EUR,
