The aim of the project is to update the heritage of world-renowned writers in Latvia, research fiction translation, that is important for regional research which studies the equivalence and alterity of the original text and its translation. Additionally means of expression of the authors modality in the original text and its translation and intercultural context of translations will be studied.

Activities: Research and analysis, digital summary of language features, reinforcement of research results, preparations of at least four scientific articles, partial preparation of scientific monograph materials and integration of research results into the study process.
