Establishment of a Skills and Training Center for Product Development - Raising the Competence of the Estonian and Latvian Mechatronics Sectors (Skills Center)
Ventspils University of Applied Sciences (VUAS) – partner.
Overall objective: increase competitiveness by raising the level of competences and human resources skills in the industry added value chain.
Direct objectives:
- increase the added value by using a strong cross-border Skill Centre, ensuring analysis, exchange of know-how and consultations
- increase the competences in the product development field of the entrepreneurs, employees, professional and higher education institution students by providing specialised training in the Skill Centre,
- provide industries with appropriate know-howe in various life cycles of the product.
