Recap from Erasmus+ info days at Ventspils University of applied Sciences

On 26 September, every student of Ventspils University of Applied Sciences had the opportunity to find out practical and useful information about Erasmus+ mobilities.


The Erasmus+ Info Days were organised in cooperation with the VUAS Department of Studies, the VUAS Student Council and the Association "Attīstības fabrika". The Info Days were moderated by representatives of the VUAS Student Council Jēkabs Līdaka and Ivo Stepiņš.

 

The Info Days introduced the new Erasmus+ mobility application process, featured Q&A sessions, and heard the stories of students' Erasmus+ mobility experiences. Association "Development Factory" project coordinator Unda Egendorfa introduced the participants to the wider Erasmus+ opportunities, such as the European Solidarity Corps, Youth Exchanges and Local Initiative Competitions.

 

With the initiative of the VUAS Student Council, the International Student Support Programme is being re-launched, and anyone who wants to make new friends and support someone can join. We are prepared to offer every possible support within our means to staff, researchers and students at your institution. We are open look into the possibility to host your staff shorter or longer for periods of time. Once again - we stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and our thoughts are with all those directly or indirectly impacted by this invasion.
